Structural form:

The high pressure centrifugal fan is a single suction type, and has 13 machine numbers (Na) : 4.4, 5.5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8.9, 10,11.2, 12.5, 14,16.

The in-line centrifugal fan can be made into two forms: right and left rotation. From the motor side, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-handed fan, denoted by "right"; Counterclockwise rotation is called the left cyclone, denoted by "left".

The outlet position of the fan is indicated by the outlet Angle of the casing. The "left" and "right" can be made into 6 angles of 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180° and 225°.

The transmission mode of the fan is type A (No.4~No.6.3) and type D (No.7.1 ~No.16)

Overall structure:

No.4-~No.6.3 is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, support, etc. No.7.1 ~ No.16 is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission part, etc.

① Impeller:There are 12 fan blades in model 9-19 and 16 fan blades in model 9-26, all of which are forward bending blades. The highest circumferential velocity of the outer edge of the impeller diffuser shall not exceed 140m/s. After the impeller is formed, the static and dynamic balance is corrected, so the operation is stable.

② Chassis. The common steel plate was welded into the whole cochlear shell.

③ Air inlet. It is made into an overall structure of collecting flow shape and fixed on the front cover plate group with bolts.

④ Transmission part. It is composed of spindle, bearing box, coupling and so on. The spindle is made of high quality steel. The overall structure of the bearing box is made of ball bearings and lubricated with bearing grease.
