Strong high-temperature resistance: Core components (impellers, casings) are mostly made of high-temperature-resistant materials such as 310S heat-resistant steel and Cr25Ni20, or coated with high-temperature ceramic coatings. This reduces vibration and abnormal noise caused by thermal expansion and contraction of materials at high temperatures, ensuring structural stability during long-term operation.


    3. Targeted cooling protection: Motors are mostly equipped with independent cooling systems (such as air cooling and water cooling), and some bearing boxes also have cooling devices. These block the conduction of high-temperature gases to motors and bearings, preventing core transmission components from failing due to high temperatures.


    4. Adaptation to the characteristics of high-temperature gases: Blade angles and casing flow channels are optimized to cope with the low density and variable viscosity of high-temperature gases. This reduces wind pressure loss, ensures stable air volume and pressure output even under high-temperature working conditions, and meets the needs of boiler induced draft, kiln smoke exhaust, etc.
